NetSuite and Slack API integration to address a key operational issue at a major wireless equipment distributor. Previously, the remote marketing and sales teams faced challenges in timely accessing new stock information, which impeded their marketing initiatives. To overcome this, I built a bespoke solution that merged NetSuite and Slack functionalities, facilitating instantaneous stock updates to a designated Slack channel as soon as items were registered at the warehouse. This expedited the marketing process for new products from days to mere minutes, thereby significantly enhancing productivity and driving revenue growth.
